Yoga &

Meditation

For Everyone

Space to rest and simply be.

My practice isn’t about perfect poses. It’s not even about flexibility. It’s about befriending my breath and my body so they can work together to help me observe what’s going on in my mind, and sometimes, even quiet my mind.

I felt drawn towards yoga many times in my life, but stayed away because I was afraid that it “wasn’t for me.”

I didn’t have the right body or the right clothes, I worried that I’d look dumb. I thought I lacked the athleticism I assumed it required and at the same time I worried it wasn’t enough exercise. I was intimated by what I saw on social media, and I didn’t want to slow down. Surely my body could never do all that and my brain would never settle down, never stop worrying and planning.

When I finally allowed yoga and meditation into my life, I realized none of those stories I had told myself were true, but the benefits and peace I receive from a regular practice have been profound.

I am committed to guiding those who may have similar doubts into a gentle personal practice so we may all better navigate our lives and our world with more space, peace, and perspective.

With modifications and lightheartedness, I’ll meet you where you are.

(Even if you think yoga and meditation sound like a terrible idea.)
